Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 28 August 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Yutori Spaces website and the booking or use of our spaces and services.

Enquiries & Bookings

  • Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only once Yutori Spaces has provided written confirmation and the required payment or advance has been received.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing depends on the space, date, duration, guest count and specific event requirements.
  • Applicable taxes, additional services and production requirements will be communicated as part of your booking.
  • All payments must be made within the agreed timelines.

Event Use

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that their guests, employees and vendors follow Yutori Spaces' venue guidelines.
  • The space must not be used for unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised activities.
  • Any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures or equipment may be charged to the client.

External Vendors

  • External vendors may be permitted subject to prior approval and Yutori Spaces' venue guidelines.
  • The client remains responsible for the conduct and compliance of their appointed vendors.

Capacity & Safety

  • The stated capacity of each space must be observed.
  • Yutori Spaces reserves the right to take reasonable steps to protect the safety of guests, staff and the property.

Photography & Content

  • Yutori Spaces may photograph or record events for documentation and promotional purposes where appropriate. Where specific consent is required, it will be obtained in accordance with applicable law.

Liability

  • Yutori Spaces takes reasonable care in providing its spaces and services but is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or interruption arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Force Majeure

  • Yutori Spaces will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, fire, power failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
